Shipping policy

GPSR:

The European Union's (EU) General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) is a new set of safety rules for consumer products that came into effect on December 13, 2024. Unfortunately these are extremely difficult to adhere to as a small independent business. I really value my EU clients and I am working to find an agent within the EU as is required, and ways to start selling to the EU again as soon as I can. 

Order processing time: 

We aim to ship within 5 working days of placement of order

During seasonal times such as Black Friday and holidays, order processing can take up to 10 days. We appreciate your patience while we prepare your order. 

Shipping times

We ship our orders from our local partners wherever possible. We aim for orders to arrive within 3 to 6 business days from shipping. Where orders can't be manufactured locally and must be shipped from our processing centre in the UK or USA and shipped internationally, orders should arrive within 7 - 10 working days. 

Shipping costs

Wherever possible we absorb the cost of shipping for you. Where we are not able to do this, costs are desplayed on our items at checkout. Costs will depend on the size and weight of your order where free shipping is not offered. 

We do not offer local pickup. 

For packages lost in transit, please get in touch with us within 30 days from the estimated delivery date. We'll be happy to send a replacement order on your behalf.

Wrong Address

If you provide an address considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Rejected by the Recipient

If you reject the shipment during the delivery, the shipment will be returned and disposed of safely. Should you want to submit a new order with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.

Unclaimed

If you are not able to receive your order at the address, the shipments may be available for pick up at your local post office or carrier pick up point. Shipments that go unclaimed may be returned to the sender. For these cases, please place a new order and get in touch with us so that we can report the problem and arrange for the product price to be refunded for the new order (you will still have to pay for the shipping costs).
